History of the company

Our company has been operating successfully in the Hungarian HR services market since 2000. We consider it a professional achievement that in the course of our activities our name has become well-known and popular with both Employers and Job Seekers.

In addition to professional fastidiousness, correct business relationship and sensible flexibility, our services and working method can be characterised by team work, efficiency and speed. The members of our team are enthusiastic and dynamic people, who are all graduates and speak foreign languages. They have solid knowledge of their profession and through their attentive attitude they conscientiously support both the interest of the Employers and the candidates? intention to find employment.

In the course of our activity we receive confidential information from both our Clients and our candidates. We find it most important that under no circumstances do we disclose any information obtained by us to any third party. In the past years we have adjusted our services to the continuously changing and more complex needs of the Employers. We provide services to our business partners in the field of specialist recruitment, selection and human resource management development (organisation development, trainings).

Our office is registered by the Job Centre of Fejér County. The number of the resolution issued by them is 7360-2/2004.

The personnel of Akvamarin HR Kft is obliged to provide high-quality professional services irrespective of the remuneration or the extent of the interest of others.

  • We must ensure secrecy, thus we are not allowed to use camcorders, tape recorders or other tools suitable for surveillance or pursue any activity aiming at surveillance without the definite ? preferably written ? consent of the Client.
  • Advisers must maintain secrecy with regard to all concerned parties and information relating to the organization, irrespective of the fact whether such information was received from the Client directly, or in an indirect manner.
  • When the events are disclosed publicly, in publications, reports or in any other media it is important that in order to keep the identity of the Client no details suitable for identification are published in absence of an agreement made with the concerned parties.
  • In case of professional consultations and discussions ? if we cannot avoid revealing the identity of the Client - this secrecy covers all the participants of the consultations and discussion.
  • No information may be published about the Client without their prior written consent.
